NST series cross flow square  cooling tower is available in capacity for single cell from 100 tons to 1000 tons, various modular combinations of cooling towers are designed to meet different requirements.This cooling tower is highly used in heating, ventilation, air-conditioning, and light to medium processing applications.

Features

♦Space Saving, Light-duty Structures
Using specially designed infill which ensure high efficient heat transferring, heat transfer area increased significantly, smaller installing area, due to the optimization design of steel structure, operating weight greatly reduced accordingly.

♦Energy Saving, Low Noise
Adopting small ventilation resistance packing and special designed FRP/aluminum alloy high efficiency fan, greatly reduced the motor power. Double speed motor for optional to power saving according to customers' special requirements.
Special designed low noise FRP/aluminum alloy material wing type axial flow fan and motor, so as to reduce the running noise of cooling tower. If double speed motor running at low speed in the night, the noise can go down by 2 to 3 db (A). 

♦Good Corrosion Resistance
Tower casing, tank and panel are made up of high corrosion resistance performance FRP material, and Galvanized steel structure improves the corrosion resistance performance of the cooling tower, no need additional anti-corrosion within normal service life.

♦Convenient combination and Easy Maintenance
Combinations can be used to meet the requirements of different working condition.If limited space in end user, we can also design for the special cooling tower to meet users' requirements for the performance of thermal and noise.
 

Components Instruction

CASING AND BASIN

Fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) is applied with water-resistance resin and high quality fiberglass mat. With good moisture, high gel,high strength, spray the gel-coat on FRP parts by machine and is thermal formed.
 

FAN & DRIVING SYSTEM

Adopting low speed, big chord length and width of blade fan, with stable wind speed, low noise, and high efficiency, etc. Enough air flow can be easily get at low rotating speed of the fan, what's more, blade angle can  be  adjusted according to different climate condition. Used aluminum alloy fan blades, solid fan or hollow type available for different customers' request.
Using motor with IP55 protection grade, F class insulation grade, smooth operation, low failure rate. Options: Siemens, ABB
 

DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM

Using the unique overflow device to realize smooth and even water distribution under different sustem load, the device completely eliminates the drift loss of coolig tower. Hot water basin cover avoids water pollution by foreign objects falling into hot basin. Meantime, it avoids direct sunlight and inhabit growth of algae.
 

FILL PACKING

Used high quality & improved performance PVC with good material, it is high cooling efficiency and anti-corrosive & UL V-0. Brand new PVC materials, integrated eliminators and louvers. The infills are hanging type, environmental friendly and  big coefficient of heat transfer, good hydrophilicity. Small wind resistance, high ventilation performance. Special material for option if high entering water temperature.
 

FRAME STRUCTURE AND FASTENERS

Leading structure design and high-quality materials to make frame structure and fasteners, the standard configuration of structure and fasteners is superior hot-dip galvanized steel, good anti-corrosion, design lifespan is more than 15 years. Stainless steel or F.R.P frame structure available for poor water soltion, and SUS304 or SUS316L for fasteners.
