Working Principle

When the NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The highly advanced EC fan system ingeniously draws in the cool, dry air, channeling it through the tower via the innovative V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This clever V-shaped design features a large contact surface that turbocharges the cooling process, facilitating rapid cooling for both the air and the hot process fluid. This leads to a remarkable enhancement in heat exchange efficiency. As the hot, saturated air undergoes a thorough partition wall heat exchange with the invigorating cool, dry air, it is then efficiently expelled from the tower. This process achieves outstanding Free Cooling, a non-evaporative cooling solution that sets a new standard in efficiency.
