When the NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The EC fan system draws in the cool, dry air, directing it seamlessly into the tower through the innovative V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This intelligently engineered V-shaped design boasts a large contact surface, which significantly accelerates the cooling process for both ambient air and the hot process fluid. This results in a remarkable enhancement of heat exchange efficiency. Upon experiencing ample partition wall heat exchange with the refreshing cool air, the hot saturated air is efficiently expelled outside of the tower, thereby achieving outstanding Free Cooling (non-evaporative cooling) capabilities.
