Working Principle
When the NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The EC fan system ingeniously draws in refreshing, cool, and dry air, channeling it through the sophisticated V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger within the tower. This innovative V-shaped configuration ensures an expansive contact surface area, thereby enhancing the cooling effect on both the air and the hot process fluid. This accelerated cooling mechanism significantly boosts the overall heat exchange efficiency. As the process progresses, the hot air, now saturated and having undergone extensive partition wall heat exchange with the invigoratingly cool air, is efficiently expelled from the tower. This process culminates in the achievement of highly effective Free Cooling, characterized by non-evaporative cooling.
