Operation

The medium requiring cooling seamlessly traverses the innovative serpentine coil heat exchanger, where a strategic external spray system diligently moistens the coil surface. This process enhances cooling efficacy as the cooled medium interacts with spray water via a partition wall heat exchanger, ensuring a closed loop for consistent cooling. Low-temperature dry air enters the tower laterally, engaging vertically with the spray water flow. This synergy forms a composite heat transfer, driven by robust fans. After optimal heat exchange, the high-temperature saturated air exits the tower, while the spray water undergoes an additional heat transfer through a sophisticated PVC heat exchange layer. Finally, it descends into a collection basin, expelling surplus heat with exceptional cooling efficiency.
