Newin's LF series F.R.P cooling tower fans are expertly crafted for cooling towers, providing unparalleled benefits compared to conventional fans. These blades, fine-tuned for ultra-quiet performance, ensure maximum airflow and pressure capabilities while operating at lower speeds. Our series includes cooling tower fans ranging from 4.2 meters to 10.06 meters, air cooler fans from 1.8 meters to 4.5 meters, and direct air cooling fans for power stations spanning 4.5 meters to an impressive 10.972 meters.
The fan blades are meticulously crafted using high-strength epoxy resin and advanced compression molding techniques to
guarantee a robust adhesion between the fiberglass and resin, achieving an unparalleled level of density.
Each section of the blade transitions smoothly, creating a flawless and polished appearance devoid of any imperfections such as flaws, gaps, burrs, or other defects. Furthermore, there are strictly no more than three air bubbles present within any 100mm section, with each bubble maintaining a diameter of no more than 3mm.
The fan blades boast innovative limosis-type designs, providing an ultra-lightweight structure, remarkable strength, and exceptional interchangeability for unmatched performance.
The fan blade is equipped with an advanced composite axle journal, expertly mitigating stress concentration at the machine's joint parts. The outdated mechanical connection method, which relies on bolts to connect the blade and blade shaft, is a key contributor to fan breakdown during operation.
