Operation
In the innovative world of cooling solutions, the fluid medium that requires cooling is channeled through our highly efficient serpentine coil heat exchanger. A continuous external spray system delicately moistens the coil surface, promoting optimal cooling. This ingenious design ensures that the cooled medium seamlessly exchanges heat with the spray water via an advanced partition wall heat exchanger, forming an ultra-efficient closed loop. As low-temperature, dry air enters the tower from the sides and intersects vertically with the spray water flow, a composite heat transfer process is ignited by powerful fans. The culmination of this process sees the high-temperature saturated air being expertly expelled from the tower. Meanwhile, the spray water undergoes a secondary heat transfer through a cutting-edge PVC heat exchange layer before it descends into a water collection basin, efficiently removing excess heat to provide superior cooling performance.

Spray cool water into heat exchange coil,continuously wets the surface of the coil for cooling.

3. Stainless Steel Heat Exchange Coil

4. MAH PVC Fill Film ( PVC heat exchange layer)
The PVC filler heat exchange layer utilizes an integrated design of filler, air inlet grille, and drift eliminator to guarantee consistent air intake, significantly minimize water drift loss, and ensure optimal heat transfer performance. Furthermore, the unique surface texture provides ample heat exchange surface area, thereby enhancing overall efficiency. The filler could be upgraded to high-temperature materials to align with the specific working conditions of the project.

5. MBD PVC Drift Eliminator
The exclusive drift eliminatordesigned for closed cooling towers is adept at efficiently extracting airborne water droplets, boasting minimal wind resistance and an impressive capture rate of 99.99%, thus guaranteeing optimal heat transfer performance.

6. Air Inlet Louver
Ensure cool dry air evenly sucked in and passed through the coil and the PVC heat exchange layer, Limiting sun exposure and microbial growth.
