When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
Our state-of-the-art NWFL-V adiabatic cooler utilizes an advanced EC fan system that ingeniously draws in the refreshing, cool dry air. This air is skillfully guided into the tower through an innovative V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. The V-shaped design, with its expansive contact surface, dramatically accelerates the cooling process for both the ambient air and the hot process fluid. This leads to an impressive enhancement in heat exchange efficiency. As the process continues, the system ensures the hot saturated air undergoes a thorough partition wall heat exchange with the cool dry air, before being efficiently discharged outside of the tower. This sophisticated mechanism accomplishes superior Free Cooling, a non-evaporative cooling method that epitomizes efficiency and innovation.
