Operation
Experience unparalleled cooling performance with our state-of-the-art fluid medium system. The fluid medium in need of cooling glides through the expertly designed serpentine coil heat exchanger, where an uninterrupted spray system keeps the coil surface primed for maximum cooling. This process ensures the cooled medium can seamlessly exchange heat with the spray water through a dedicated partition wall heat exchanger, establishing a sophisticated closed-loop system for ultimate cooling effectiveness. As low-temperature dry air flows into the tower from the sides and intersects vertically with the spray water's path, a dynamic composite heat transfer ensues, powered by robust fans. Post heat exchange, the high-temperature saturated air is efficiently expelled from the tower, while the spray water engages in a secondary heat transfer within the PVC heat exchange layer, cascading into a water collection basin. This innovative approach not only enhances cooling efficiency but also ensures superior heat dissipation.
