Working Principle

Commencing the operation of the NWFL-V adiabatic cooler initiates a process of remarkable efficiency:
The advanced EC fan system expertly draws in cool, dry air, which seamlessly flows into the tower via the ingeniously designed V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This clever V-shaped configuration offers an extensive contact surface, significantly accelerating the cooling process of both the air and the hot process fluid. This results in a notable enhancement in heat exchange efficiency. As the hot, saturated air undergoes thorough partition wall heat exchange with the cool, dry air, it is effectively expelled outside the tower, culminating in highly efficient Free Cooling (a non-evaporative method).
