Working Principle

Initiating the NWFL-V Adiabatic Cooler Process:
Our EC fan system ingeniously draws in cool, dry air, directing it seamlessly into the tower through a uniquely designed V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This clever V-shaped configuration expands the contact surface area, thereby accelerating the cooling process for both the air and the hot process fluid. This results in a truly remarkable enhancement of heat exchange efficiency. Following an extensive partition wall heat exchange with the fresh, cool dry air, the hot saturated air is then expertly discharged from the tower, culminating in efficient Free Cooling (non-evaporative cooling) that sets new standards for industrial cooling efficiency.
