High-Efficiency Mixed Flow Closed Circuit System
Operation
At the heart of the Industrial Grade Closed Circuit Cooling Tower is a meticulously engineered operation system. The fluid medium destined for cooling gracefully navigates through the state-of-the-art serpentine coil heat exchanger. A continuous external spray system gently bathes the coil surface, adeptly facilitating cooling. This process allows the medium to seamlessly exchange heat with the spray water via a partition wall heat exchanger, thus forming a perfectly balanced closed loop for unparalleled cooling. As low-temperature dry air makes its lateral entrance into the tower, it elegantly intersects with the vertical spray water flow, forging a composite heat transfer driven by powerful fans. Upon full heat exchange, the high-temperature saturated air exits the tower environment, while the spray water journeys through secondary heat transfer within a PVC heat exchange layer, culminating its descent into a water collection basin. This sophisticated sequence effectively eliminates more heat, ensuring a superior cooling performance.
