NWF The NWF series closed cooling tower is a marvel of engineering, utilizing cutting-edge composite flow cooling technology. As the spray water cools the heat exchange coil, it seamlessly transitions into the cold water basin via the PVC heat exchange layer. This innovative process not only drastically reduces the internal temperature of the tower but also significantly minimizes noise usually caused by the direct fall of spray water into the lower basin.
High-Efficiency Mixed Flow Closed Circuit System
Operation
Our advanced cooling system begins with the fluid medium circulating through the highly efficient serpentine coil heat exchanger. A continuous spray system delicately moistens the coil surface, setting the stage for optimal cooling. As the cooled medium exchanges heat with the spray water through a partition wall heat exchanger, a closed loop of supreme cooling efficiency is achieved. Fresh, low-temperature air enters from the side, intersecting vertically with the spray water flow, creating a dynamic composite heat transfer driven by powerful fans. After the air and spray water have fully exchanged heat, high-temperature saturated air exits the tower, while the spray water receives a further heat transfer via a PVC heat exchange layer before falling into the water collection basin. This double-layer process ensures unmatched cooling performance.
