Working Principle

Unveiling the Operation of the NWFL-V Adiabatic Cooler:
The EC fan system ingeniously pulls in cool, dry air, channeling it through the V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger within the tower. This innovative V-shaped configuration maximizes contact surface area, dramatically accelerating the cooling process for both air and hot process fluids. As a result, a remarkable enhancement in heat exchange efficiency is achieved. Following a comprehensive partition wall heat exchange with the incoming cool, dry air, the hot, saturated air is effectively expelled outside the tower, culminating in a superbly efficient Free Cooling process, without any evaporation.
