Gearbox Reducer

Experience unparalleled performance with our state-of-the-art reducer designed for second gear transmission. It features an innovative combination of spiral bevel gear and helical gear transmission systems. This compact design offers substantial transmission power, seamless operation, and remarkably low noise levels. Crafted from 20CrMnTi and enhanced through heat treatment, the gears boast superior wear and impact resistance. Our lubrication system, featuring both oil immersion and splash flow lubrication, ensures consistent lubrication and cooling. The high-speed shaft entrance is fortified with either a skeleton oil seal or mechanical seal. After 8,000 hours of operation, we recommend inspecting the reducer seal for potential replacement to maintain peak efficiency.

Facilitating convenient maintenance, the lifting ring screw on the lid assists in opening the gearbox for overhaul purposes, not for lifting the entire unit. The control instrument contact screw hole, strategically placed on the gearbox body, provides seamless integration with control devices tailored to user specifications.

· Helical gears meticulously adhere to GB/T 3480 standards for 'Strength Calculation of Involute Gears', while spiral bevel gears conform to GB/T 10062 standards for 'Calculation Method for Load-Capacity of Bevel Gears'.
· Adopting a modular design, we offer a wide array of materials and standardized components to satisfy diverse customer requirements.
· An optional forced cooling system is available, providing precise oil temperature regulation under even the most extreme conditions.
