High-Efficiency Mixed Flow Closed Circuit System
Operation
This state-of-the-art cooling tower features a fluid medium that efficiently travels through an advanced serpentine coil heat exchanger. An uninterrupted external spray system drenches the coil, optimizing cooling by facilitating heat exchange with spray water via a partition wall heat exchanger-creating a closed loop that ensures effective cooling. Low-temperature dry air enters the tower laterally, intersecting vertically with the spray water flow, achieving a dynamic composite heat transfer powered by high-performance fans. Once the air and water have fully exchanged heat, the high-temperature saturated air is expelled outside, while the spray water undergoes a secondary heat transfer through a specialized PVC heat exchange layer before descending into a water collection basin, removing excess heat and offering superior cooling efficiency.
