Product Description
MVS Introducing the MVS1110 mechanical vibration switch - a masterfully engineered device tailored for precision vibration monitoring. This purely mechanical instrument is artfully designed with springs, induction mechanisms, adjustment rods, reset buttons, micro switches, and a suite of intricate mechanical components. At its core lies a sensing mechanism capable of residing in two distinct stable states: non-triggered and triggered. Ordinarily, it rests in a non-triggered state, maintaining vigilance over vibration levels. Upon reaching or surpassing a predefined vibration threshold, the mechanism elegantly transitions to a triggered state, prompting the micro switch contacts to shift. COM and NC contacts transition from a normally closed position to a state of disconnection, while COM and NO contacts seamlessly move from an open state to closed. This sophisticated transition enacts alarm functions or gracefully powers down equipment, ensuring protection and reliability.

Within the MVS1110, the sensing mechanism, expertly tensioned by a support rod and spring, articulates along the support rod axis. This mechanism precisely detects the intensity of vibration acceleration. The adjustment rod's vertical motion finely tunes the pre-stress on the induction mechanism, setting the switch's sensitivity. In vertical installations, gravitational influence is a crucial consideration. When vibrations fall below this pre-stress threshold, the switch remains calmly in a non-triggered state, as depicted in Figure 1. Surpassing this threshold shifts the switch into an active trigger state, illustrated in Figure 2. The MVS1110's sensitivity is adeptly adjusted by manipulating the spring angle via the adjustment lever, offering versatility and precision.
Upon entering the trigger state, the sensing mechanism gracefully elevates the micro switch's rocker arm, altering its contact state. This action emits a corresponding contact signal, adeptly toggling the control loop to safeguard rotating equipment or activate an alarm. Such seamless integration ensures unparalleled protection and operational peace of mind.
