Operation
The fluid medium in need of cooling travels through a state-of-the-art serpentine coil heat exchanger. A continuous, meticulous external spray system moistens the coil surface, facilitating an efficient cooling process. This allows the chilled medium to exchange heat effortlessly with the spray water using a partition wall heat exchanger, establishing a closed-loop system for heightened cooling performance. Cool, dry air enters the tower laterally, meeting the spray water flow vertically to create a dynamic composite heat transfer powered by high-performance fans. Following this thorough heat exchange, high-temperature saturated air is expelled from the tower, while the spray water undergoes an additional heat transfer through a PVC heat exchange layer before being collected in a water basin, ensuring exceptional heat dissipation and cooling efficiency.
