Working Principle

When the remarkable NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is set into action:
The advanced EC fan system initiates the process by drawing in the refreshingly cool and dry air. This air is then guided into the tower through our meticulously designed V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. The innovative and large-contact-surface V-shaped construction greatly enhances the cooling dynamics, swiftly accelerating the cooling of both the air and the hot process fluid. This design brilliantly boosts heat exchange efficiency. Once the air has engaged in thorough partition wall heat exchange with the cool, dry air, the now hot and saturated air is efficiently expelled from the tower. The result is the achievement of unparalleled Free Cooling, utilizing non-evaporative cooling methods, to create an exceptionally efficient cooling solution.
