Gearbox Reducer
Our state-of-the-art Reducer for the second gear transmission showcases a harmonious integration of spiral bevel gear and helical gear transmission systems. This cutting-edge design boasts a compact form, exceptional transmission power, seamless operation, and whisper-quiet functionality. Crafted from 20CrMnTi, each gear undergoes meticulous heat treatment, ensuring remarkable wear and impact resistance. The lubrication system ingeniously combines oil immersion with splash flow lubrication, maintaining optimal oil levels within the casing. An efficient oil disc ensures the smooth flow of oil, lubricating bearings through precision-engineered channels. High-speed shaft entrances are equipped with either a robust skeleton or mechanical seal. After 8,000 hours of continuous operation, it's advised to inspect the seal for wear and determine if replacement is necessary for continued reliability.
The lifting ring screw located on the lid is exclusively designed for lid removal during gearbox maintenance, not for lifting the gearbox itself. Strategically placed control instrument contact screw holes on the box body allow seamless integration with control devices, tailored to the user’s specific needs.
Our cooling tower-specific reducer primarily employs cutting-edge vertical shaft gear transmission while seamlessly incorporating alternative transmission types. The flagship product series include the distinguished M series and H series, each tailored to meet diverse demands.
