Product Description

MVS The MVS1110 mechanical vibration switch is a purely mechanical vibration monitoring instrument. The switch design includes springs, induction mechanisms, adjustment rods, reset buttons, micro switches and other mechanical devices. The core component sensing mechanism is in two stable states-non-triggered and triggered. Under normal circumstances, the sensing mechanism is in a non-triggered stable state. When the vibration level of the rotating machinery reaches or exceeds the set value, the sensing mechanism will change from the non-triggered stable state to the triggered stable state, and at the same time, it will drive the contact state of the micro switch to switch. COM and NC switch from normally closed state to disconnected state;COM and NO switch from normally open state to closed state, so as to realize the alarm function or/and automatically shut off the equipment power.

Inside the mechanical vibration switch, the sensing mechanism is tensioned by a support rod and a spring, and the sensing mechanism moves up and down with the support rod as the axis. The sensing mechanism senses the magnitude of vibration acceleration. The up and down movement of the adjusting rod can change the size of the pre-stress loaded on the induction mechanism. This pre-stress is the set point of the mechanical vibration switch. When the mechanical vibration switch is installed vertically, the gravity factor must be considered. When the vibration value is less than the prestress, the switch is in a non-triggered stable state, as shown in Figure 1. When the vibration value is greater than the prestress, the switch switches to the trigger state, as shown in Figure 2. The set point of the MVS1110 mechanical vibration switch is adjusted by changing the spring angle through the adjustment lever.

When the sensing mechanism is switched to the trigger state, it will push the rocker arm of the micro switch upward, thereby changing the contact state of the micro switch, outputting the corresponding contact signal, and being able to turn on or off the control loop, thus protecting the rotation Equipment or alarm.
