Operation
Introducing cutting-edge cooling technology, this system is designed for optimum performance. The fluid medium in need of cooling seamlessly passes through an advanced serpentine coil heat exchanger. An ever-active external spray system keeps the coil surface optimally damp, facilitating unparalleled cooling. The cooled medium exchanges heat with the spray water through a partition wall heat exchanger, creating an efficient closed-loop cooling system. Fresh, low-temperature air is drawn into the tower laterally, intersecting vertically with the direction of the spray water, forming a powerful composite heat transfer mechanism driven by fans. As the air and spray water engage in thorough heat exchange, the resultant high-temperature saturated air is efficiently expelled from the tower. Meanwhile, the spray water undergoes a secondary heat transfer via a sophisticated PVC heat exchange layer before descending into a water collection basin, ensuring maximum heat removal and outstanding cooling efficiency.
