Operation
Within the Advanced Closed Circuit Cooling Tower, the fluid medium destined for cooling is expertly guided through our innovative serpentine coil heat exchanger. This masterfully designed system employs a continuous external spray mechanism to moisten the coil's surface, thereby optimizing the cooling process. Through a sophisticated partition wall heat exchanger, the cooled medium engages in a seamless heat exchange with the spray water, establishing a closed-loop system that ensures unparalleled cooling efficiency. Fresh, low-temperature dry air enters the tower laterally and dynamically interacts vertically with the spray water flow direction, enabling a superior composite heat transfer driven by high-performance fans. Once the air and spray water have completed their heat exchange, high-temperature saturated air is efficiently expelled outside the tower. Meanwhile, the spray water undergoes a crucial secondary heat transfer via a PVC heat exchange layer before descending into a water collection basin, effectively extracting more heat and delivering exceptional cooling performance.

1. Axial Flow Fan
The aluminum alloy axial flow fan operates with low noise, stability, and efficiency. The motor is equipped with a protection grade of IP55 and an insulation grade of F, ensuring heightened safety and reliability.
2. External Spray System
Spray cool water into heat exchange coil,continuously wets the surface of the coil for cooling.
3. Stainless Steel Heat Exchange Coil
Stainless steel coils exhibit superior heat exchange efficiency, enhanced corrosion resistance, light weight, prolonged equipment lifespan, and are environmentally sustainable due to their recyclability.
4. MAH PVC Fill Film ( PVC heat exchange layer)
The PVC filler heat exchange layer utilizes an integrated design of filler, air inlet grille, and drift eliminator to guarantee consistent air intake, significantly minimize water drift loss, and ensure optimal heat transfer performance. Furthermore, the unique surface texture provides ample heat exchange surface area, thereby enhancing overall efficiency. The filler could be upgraded to high-temperature materials to align with the specific working conditions of the project.
5. MBD PVC Drift Eliminator

6. Air Inlet Louver
