Operation
The fluid medium requiring cooling flows through the state-of-the-art serpentine coil heat exchanger. A continuous and robust external spray system ensures the coil surface is effectively moistened, optimizing cooling. This configuration allows the cooled medium to seamlessly exchange heat with the spray water via a partition wall heat exchanger, establishing an efficient closed loop for unparalleled cooling. Low-temperature dry air enters the tower laterally, creating a dynamic vertical intersection with the spray water flow. This results in a powerful composite heat transfer, expertly driven by fans. After a thorough heat exchange, the high-temperature saturated air is efficiently expelled outside the tower. Simultaneously, the spray water experiences a secondary heat transfer through an advanced PVC heat exchange layer before gracefully descending into a water collection basin, effectively dissipating additional heat for exceptional cooling efficiency.
