· Experience unmatched efficiency with our mixed flow heat transfer system, delivering superior condensation performance.
The innovative vertical cross-flow design ensures optimal air and refrigerant steam movement, facilitating an even airflow through the condenser for maximum heat exchange efficiency.
· Our advanced secondary heat transfer technology significantly boosts cooling efficiency.
The intelligent flow of spray water through the condenser coil initiates the first heat exchange, followed by a secondary heat exchange in the PVC heat layer before recycling in the collection basin, dramatically enhancing cooling performance.
· Closed Circuit System: Embrace Energy Efficiency and Eco-Friendliness
Our closed-circuit system ensures that the gaseous refrigerant condenses and circulates seamlessly within the coil, maintaining a pristine system that reduces water usage and cuts maintenance costs, ultimately extending the service lifespan of the equipment.
· Innovative Compact Structure: Strength and Convenience Redefined
Featuring a space-saving design, our system is optimized for easy shipping, straightforward installation, and effortless maintenance, ensuring top strength and reliability.
Witness the Innovation: As the sophisticated NECH evaporative condenser begins operation:
The critical component, the condensing coil, serves as the primary conduit for refrigerant steam, which artfully transforms refrigerant steam into liquid through the exquisite process of evaporation and heat absorption enabled by a meticulously designed water spray system. This sprayed water elegantly flows over the coil unit, subsequently cascading into the PVC heat exchange system, continuing its secondary heat transfer journey. Meanwhile, an efficient axial flow fan dynamically powers the system, orchestrating a symphony where air creates a cross flow within the condenser, performing a seamless heat exchange with the refrigerant steam, thereby achieving unparalleled condensation efficiency.

Instructions for Selection
1. Begin by confirming the condensing temperature and the wet bulb temperature, essential inputs for accurate analysis.
2. Proceed to calculate the total heat abstraction amount, which is the heat load going through your system to the condensers.
3. Refer to either Table 2 or Table 3 for guidance, and select the appropriate heat abstraction amount correction index tailored to your needs.
4. The total heat abstraction amount, when multiplied by the heat correction index, provides the precise condensing load under your specified working conditions.
5. Consult the Graph Specification sheet to select heat abstraction data that meets or exceeds the corrected data value, ensuring optimal performance.
