The Newin CF series of solid type aluminum alloy fans are meticulously crafted and shipped in an unassembled form. Each fan blade and hub are perfectly matched to guarantee seamless re-assembly, ensuring reliability and efficiency in operation.
a. Choose a spacious open area that can comfortably accommodate the full diameter of the fan. This is essential for a safe and efficient assembly process.
b. Place fan hub 1 precisely at the center of your designated work area, ensuring that the blade sockets are clearly positioned for easy access.
c. Carefully insert fan blade 2 into one of the blade sockets on the hub. For fans where the blades overlap at the hub, make sure the leading edge is positioned under the trailing edge of the adjacent forward blade for optimal performance.
d. Verify that the blade shank safety collar is securely positioned inboard of the inner hub rim to ensure safe and reliable operation.
