Operation
The fluid medium requiring cooling flows through the efficient serpentine coil heat exchanger. This sophisticated design ensures that a continuous external spray system meticulously moistens the coil surface to facilitate efficient cooling. The cooled medium engages in heat exchange with the spray water through a partition wall heat exchanger, forming a sealed loop for optimal cooling results. Low-temperature dry air gracefully enters the tower laterally, creating a perfect intersection with the vertical spray water flow. This interaction forms a composite heat transfer, driven by high-performance fans. Once the air and spray water have completely exchanged heat, the high-temperature saturated air is expelled outside the tower, while the spray water undergoes a secondary heat transfer through an advanced PVC heat exchange layer before descending into a water collection basin, effectively enhancing heat removal and achieving superior cooling efficiency.
