Our High-Efficiency Mixed Flow Closed Circuit System is masterfully designed to deliver superior thermal performance and energy conservation.

Operation
Cooling commences as the fluid medium navigates through the high-efficiency serpentine coil heat exchanger. A continuous external spray system bathes the coil surface, facilitating efficient cooling. This cooled medium exchanges heat with the spray water through a partition wall heat exchanger, maintaining a closed loop for optimal cooling. Fresh, low-temperature dry air enters laterally, intersecting vertically with the spray water flow, creating a dynamic composite heat transfer system powered by robust fans. The system expels high-temperature saturated air while the spray water undergoes a secondary heat transfer through a sophisticated PVC heat exchange layer before gracefully descending into the water collection basin, ensuring the utmost cooling efficacy.
