The Newin NSH series cooling tower is crafted with premium PVC film, serving as an outstanding thermal interface material. Renowned for its corrosion resistance and non-deforming properties, the innovative curved and diagonal film design extends the interaction time between heated water and air within the cooling tower. This ensures seamless airflow, diminishes resistance, and remarkably minimizes water drift ratio. Further amplified by the axial and arc fans, coupled with a specially engineered basin featuring uniformly distributed water stoma, the heat exchange rate is significantly boosted, concurrently decreasing the cooling tower's overall energy consumption and noise levels.
Excellent Design and Long lifetime
Our cooling tower's shell utilizes superior quality, high-toughness glass fiber, offering not only aesthetic appeal but also robust resistance against natural elements and chemical erosion. It maintains a pristine appearance even after extensive use. The steel shelves undergo an immersive hot-dip galvanization process adhering to the British BSEN ISO1461:1999 standards, effectively minimizing oxidation and thereby extending the product's lifespan.

Components Instruction
Infill
Our specially engineered S shape PVC infill is vacuum formed with a thickness of 0.3 or more, providing excellent chemical resistance and high distortion resistance. It boasts a significant coefficient of heat transfer and minimal wind resistance, ensuring superior ventilation performance. We offer a range of materials such as PVC, UPVC, and PP to accommodate varying water temperature requirements.
Drift Eliminator
The NSH series cooling tower integrates an easily installed PVC drift eliminator designed to effectively prevent water from escaping the cooling tower, enhancing its efficacy.
Air Inlet Louver
The air inlet louver comprises F.R.P components, significantly contributing to the long-lasting durability of the entire cooling tower. For applications involving sewage water, we provide alternative air inlet louver designs tailored to meet specific customer requirements.
Distribution Nozzles
Our distribution nozzles are crafted from high-quality A.B.S / PP materials, ensuring seamless installation on the water pipe and guaranteeing even water distribution across the infill.
Steel Structure
The cooling tower features a hot-dip galvanized steel framework, ensuring excellent performance and an extended lifespan exceeding 15 years. For environments with special conditions, optional stainless steel hardware parts are available to meet specific needs.
