MVSMeet the MVS1110, a pinnacle of pure mechanical engineering in vibration monitoring solutions. This cutting-edge mechanical vibration switch is a sophisticated device comprised of intricately designed components such as springs, induction mechanisms, adjustment rods, reset buttons, micro switches, and more. Its core component, the sensing mechanism, operates in two distinct states: non-triggered and triggered. During standard operations, the mechanism rests in a non-triggered state. Once the machinery's vibration level escalates to or surpasses a predetermined threshold, the mechanism gracefully transitions to a triggered state, thereby shifting the micro switch contact state. The COM and NC contacts pivot from a normally closed to an open state, while the COM and NO contacts transition from a normally open to a closed state, thereby effortlessly enabling an alarm function or seamlessly shutting down equipment power.

Delve into the workings of this remarkable mechanical vibration switch, where the sensing mechanism, tensioned by a support rod and spring, pivots with finesse around its axis. This movement is sensitive to the magnitude of vibration acceleration. Adjusting the rod vertically alters the pre-stress on the induction mechanism, which sets the switch's activation point. Installed vertically, the design even accounts for gravity's influence. Illustrated in Figure 1, when vibrations remain below the pre-stress level, the switch rests in a non-triggered state. However, as shown in Figure 2, surpassing this threshold triggers the switch. The MVS1110's set point adjustment is ingeniously achieved by altering the spring angle with an adjustment lever, offering precision and adaptability in monitoring.
Upon reaching the trigger state, the sensing mechanism activates a chain reaction that pushes the micro switch's rocker arm upwards. This decisive motion alters the micro switch's contact configuration, outputting a precise contact signal. This capability ensures total control over the accompanying control loop, offering unmatched protection and alert functionality for rotational equipment.
