When the NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The innovative EC fan system initiates by drawing in the refreshing, cool dry air, which gracefully passes into the tower through the meticulously engineered V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This distinctive V-shaped configuration boasts a formidable contact surface, ingeniously accelerating the cooling dynamics for both the incoming air and the hot process fluid. As a result, it significantly enhances the heat exchange efficiency. During this process, the hot air undergoes an efficient partition wall heat exchange with the cool dry air. Once the air is sufficiently cooled and saturated, it is effortlessly discharged outside of the tower, culminating in an exceptional Free Cooling experience (achieved through non-evaporative cooling).
