Our Industrial Geareducers are expertly crafted and meticulously engineered to cater specifically to the cooling towers within expansive industrial and power plant settings. With an innovative design that transcends conventional standards, these geareducers are crafted to ensure optimal air circulation through the tower while significantly reducing maintenance demands.
Gearbox Reducer
Our second gear transmission reducers combine the power of spiral bevel and helical gear systems to deliver a robust performance. Featuring a compact design, they offer significant transmission power, smooth operation, and minimal noise. Crafted from premium 20CrMnTi material and treated with advanced heat processes, the gears boast exceptional wear and impact resistance. The lubrication system is an efficient blend of oil immersion and splash flow, maintaining ideal oil levels for optimal bearing lubrication. High-speed shaft entrances are fortified with skeleton or mechanical seals. After 8000 hours, the reducer's cover must be removed for seal inspection to determine replacement needs.
For maintenance ease, the lifting ring screw on the lid is solely for lid removal and not for gearbox lifting. Control instrument contact screw holes are strategically placed on the gearbox body, providing the flexibility to connect with control devices based on user specifications.
Our cooling tower-specific reducers primarily utilize vertical shaft gear transmissions, integrated with other transmission variants. The prominent product series include the M series and H series, ensuring versatility and adaptability in various applications.

· Our helical gears adhere to GB/T 3480 standards for involute gears strength calculation, while spiral bevel gears follow GB/T 10062 guidelines for load-capacity calculation of bevel gears.
· Adopts a forward-thinking modular design using diverse materials and standardized components to precisely cater to varying customer needs.
· Offers an optional sophisticated forced cooling system for maintaining precise oil temperature control even under the most extreme conditions.
