When the NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation, a revolutionary cooling process is set in motion:
The state-of-the-art EC fan system actively draws in refreshingly cool and dry air, which seamlessly enters the innovative tower design through its advanced V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This unique design offers an expansive contact surface that dramatically accelerates the cooling process. By enhancing the interaction between the air and the hot process fluid, we achieve a remarkable improvement in heat exchange efficiency. As this process unfolds, the hot saturated air, after experiencing substantial partition wall heat exchange, is efficiently discharged from the tower. This entire sequence culminates in achieving efficient Free Cooling, otherwise known as non-evaporative cooling.
