Working Principle
When the NWFL-VA adiabatic cooler springs into action:
An ingenious process begins: cold water cascades from the pinnacle of the cooler, meticulously distributing itself across the evaporative cooling pads. Meanwhile, revitalizing cool dry air is beckoned in by the efficient EC axial fan, sweeping over the pads and receiving a preliminary cooling touch. This adiabatic precooling of air significantly enhances the cooling capacity, brilliantly preparing it to chill the warm process fluid with remarkable efficiency.

Constructed with precision-crafted copper tubes and aluminum fins, the adequate spacing guarantees superior heat transfer. The copper tubes are meticulously brazed to the coil headers and affixed to the finned coil via flaring, ensuring unmatched thermal continuity.

- The EC motor boasts a straight-shaft drive with an IP55 motor protection rating and F-class insulation, ensuring long-lasting performance in hot, humid environments. With energy efficiency reaching IE4 or higher, it's designed for excellence.
- Featuring tapered roller bearings, the fan showcases impressive load-bearing capabilities and longevity, with a service life exceeding 20,000 hours.
- Through comprehensive static and dynamic testing, the fan minimizes noise while optimizing heat exchange performance. With PFC technology, harmonics remain below 35%, maintaining high static efficiency even at low speeds.
