Components Instruction
CASING AND WATER BASIN
Fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) is applied with water-resistance resin and high quality fiberglass mat. With good moisture, high gel,high strength, spray the gel-coat on FRP parts by machine and is thermal formed.
FAN & DRIVING SYSTEM
All cooling tower fans with adjustable pitch blades are applied to being balanced, it operates stably and quietly. Material chosen are A.B.S, aluminum alloy for normal standard, F.R.P or stainless steel material available for option.Small capacity cooling tower adopts direct drive low noise fan. Bigger capacity fan equipped with Belt drive speed reducer or Gear box.
DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
Using high coefficient rotating sprinkler head made of plastic or aluminum alloy could reduce the pressure of friction loss, and the water can be distributed evenly to achieve the max thermal cooling performance.
FILL PACKING
Used high quality & improved performance PVC with good material, it is high cooling efficiency and anti-corrosive & UL V-0. The surface of infill is corrugated to increase the filling pitch to make sure that infill is clog-free and overcome the problem of water quality. Special material for option if high entering water temperature.
FRAMEWORK
The framework is made of hot dip galvanized steel (HDGS), to makes the cooling tower in rust-free, durable and long service life.
NEWIN NSH-F series FRP Counter Flow Cooling Tower
NSH-F series F.R.P ( Fiber Reinforced Plastic ) framework cooling tower is a type of open circuit cooling tower designed to special applicant in corrosive liquid cooling process. such as, sea water, chemical fluids, wood industrial, steel plant water, waste water, waste water treatment etc. due to its higher corrosion resistance, design life is up to 30 years. The pultruded structural fiberglass is a good replacement material of old treated wood structure cooling tower.
Components InstructionF.R.P ( Fiber Reinforced Plastic)Framework
The pultruded F.R.P ( Fiber Reinforced Plastic) profiles has good strength which can compare to carbon steel profiles, but better acid-base resistance property.
Cooling Tower Water Distribution System
Using large orificum non-clog ABS nozzles mounted on high corrsion resistant FRP spray pipes, multi spray patterns ensure proper water coverage to increase the heat exchange surface, so as to improve the cooling capacity of the cooling tower.
High Efficient Fan Drive System
Using big brand axial flow fan, stable, high efficiency, low noise and corrosion resistance.
LAN Series Fill Packing and EVD Series Drift Eliminator
Using NEWIN LAN series Fill packing & EVD series Drift Eliminator, made of advanced self-extinguishing PVC materials with high thermal performance, the standard heat temperature of 55ºC.Special materials for high temp. condition is optional.
- LAN series Fill packing
The special drainage tips of LAN series cooling tower infill allow high water loading without excessive pressure drops, LAN filler sheets are bonded into the fill blocks and used in the cooing tower, the structural integrity of the fills is greatly enhanced and superior heat transfer.
- EVD series Drift eliminator
EVD series Drift eliminators are installated above the water distribution system and efficiently capture large water droplets caught in the cooling tower air stream, maximum drift capture and improving thermal transfer performance.
