NWFL-V series is the V type dry air cooler designed with Free Cooling System. Efficient cooling,especially suitable for HVAC sytem and other facilities, and non- water consumption is compared with evaporative cooling.

Working Principle
When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The EC fan system draws in the cool dry air, which then enters the tower through the V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. The large contact surface of the V-shaped design accelerates the cooling process for both the air and hot process fluid, leading to a significant improvement in heat exchange efficiency. After undergoing sufficient partition wall heat exchange with the cool dry air, the hot saturated air is discharged outside of the tower, achieving efficient Free Cooling (non-evaporative cooling).

· Heavy-duty Construction
The galvanized steel panel with NEWIN Armour anti-corrosion coating have excellent resistance and corrosion resistance approaching the characteristics of stainless steel, allows the equipment to work with higher concentration cycles and thereby reduce water consumption. The coating can be easily repaired if damaged.
· V Type Finned Coil Heat Exchanger
The finned coil heat exchanger made with copper tubes and aluminum fins adequately spaced to ensure the best performance in heat exchange. The copper tubes are fixed to the coil headers by brazing and to the finned coil by flaring, to ensure maximum continuity in thermal conduction.
· EC Axial Fan
- Our EC motor's straight-shaft drive boasts an IP55 protection grade and F insulation grade, making it perfect for enduring long-term operation in hot and humid environments. It operates smoothly and delivers outstanding energy efficiency, achieving IE4 standards or higher.
- Equipped with robust tapered roller bearings, our fans offer excellent load-bearing capacity and an impressive service life exceeding 20,000 hours, ensuring high performance and longevity.
- Through rigorous static and dynamic testing, noise is minimized while maintaining superior heat exchange performance. With PFC technology, harmonics remain below 35%, ensuring the EC fan system maintains high static efficiency even at reduced speeds.

- EC fans Intelligent frequency conversion to meet different working conditions on site, save more energy.
