High Efficient Axial Flow Fan
· Utilization of the cooling tower special aluminum alloy axial flow fan, forward type blade structure design, small wind resistance, big air volume, low noise, good performance, high efficiency. Streamline high-strength fan stack ensures airflow uniform through the fan inlet and outlet area, maximum reduce the energy consumption.
· Fan motor's protection class: IP55, Insulation class: F class.
· Options: Two-speed, VFD or anti-explosion motor.
Stainless Steel Heat Exchange Coil
· The high-quality heat exchange coil utilizes a stainless steel serpentine bending tube and a sturdy framework, ensuring superior thermal performance and full contact with spray water for efficient heat exchange and effective cooling.
· The stainless steel heat exchange pipes are not only resistant to corrosion, but also lightweight and recyclable.
PVC Heat Exchange Filler
· High-qulity self-extinguishing PVC material.
· Integrally molded with louver and drift eliminator, uniform airflow and effective drift loss reduction.
· Offering a large heat exchange area and high heat transfer performance.
· Optional high temperature resistant or cold resistant fillers can be utilized to accommodate specific working conditions.
Cellular Type Easy-to-detach PVC Drift
Eliminator Efficiently extracting airborne water droplets, small wind resistance and an impressive capture rate of 99.99%, thus guaranteeing optimal heat transfer performance.
Uniform Water Distribution
· The strategically positioned ABS Three- splashed-Nozzles, evenly water distribution under low pressure flow;
· Large caliber and three splashed type design, not easy to block, enhance spray coverage and guarantee continuous effective spraying, ensuring the efficient cooling performance of cooling tower.
Air Inlet Louver
The air inlet louver serves the primary purpose of ensuring uniform air intake into the cooling tower, preventing debris from entering the tower, and safeguarding the equipment; maintenance-free.
Framework ( Anti-corrossion Galvanized Steel)
The main frame, casing and basin are constructed from high-quality galvanized steel plates, providing enhanced structural connections and stability while also being resistant to corrosion. Additionally, alternative framework options such as 304/316 stainless steel, or the more cost-effective NWN-Armour anti-corrosion frame can be selected based on specific working conditions for even greater corrosion resistance.
