Operational Dynamics of the NWFL-V Adiabatic Cooler:
The innovative EC fan system efficiently pulls in the refreshing, dry air, which is then seamlessly directed into the tower via the sophisticated V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This marvel of engineering boasts an expansive contact surface, thanks to its V-shaped configuration, which acts as a catalyst in expediting the cooling process of both the incoming air and the heated process fluid. As a result, there is a remarkable enhancement in heat exchange performance. Once the hot process fluid has undergone thorough partition wall heat exchange with the invigorating cool air, the resultant hot, saturated air is swiftly expelled out of the tower. This process culminates in the achievement of superior Free Cooling, characterized by non-evaporative cooling efficiency.
