ADVANTAGE
Dry-Wet Hybrid Cooling Mode
The NCFN-GS cooling tower is ingeniously designed to seamlessly adapt its operational modes to the ever-changing ambient temperature, ensuring optimal performance at all times.Dry Cooling Mode
When temperatures dip below -10ºC or the output temperature falls under the desired set point, the spray pump ceases operation. This transition to dry cooling mode minimizes water evaporation during the chilly seasons, allowing for the provision of ice water under certain conditions. It serves as a prudent refrigeration alternative, offering remarkable water and energy savings.
Wet Cooling Mode
Once the temperature climbs beyond a specific threshold (-2ºC), or when the output temperature overshoots the predetermined level, the spray pump springs into action, transitioning the cooling tower to an efficient wet cooling mode. The result is robust evaporative cooling that ensures substantial cooling capacity, even during the warmest conditions.
Water saving, Energy conservation, Environmental protection
> Compared to traditional wet cooling towers, this innovative system significantly curtails spray water usage, leading to an impressive reduction in overall water consumption.
> With the integration of intelligent control systems and cutting-edge cooling technology, the tower enhances energy efficiency, resulting in substantial electricity savings and a notable decrease in energy consumption.
> The dry-wet hybrid cooling mode adeptly minimizes water mist emissions, reducing the environmental footprint while boosting eco-friendliness.
Operation & Maintenance Cost Saving
> The closed-circuit circulation system ensures the purity of the cooling medium, which significantly cuts down on water contamination and lowers water treatment costs. Additionally, the winter utilization of dry cooling mode greatly diminishes the risk of component freezing, thereby reducing equipment operation and maintenance expenses, while ensuring long-term stability and reliability of the equipment.
> With factory assembly, transportation, and installation are streamlined and efficient, ultimately conserving valuable time and effort.
MAIN PARTS
Forced Draft Centrifugal Fan Drive System
Introducing our state-of-the-art centrifugal fan, a masterpiece of engineering excellence, proudly bearing the prestigious AMCA Seal. This fan excels in air performance, sound quality, and Fan Efficiency Grade (FEG). Equipped with precisely designed wheel blades and a belt pulley drive, it has passed stringent static and dynamic balancing tests, achieving the highest G2.5 grade balancing standard. This ensures your cooling tower operates with superior heat transfer capabilities and whisper-quiet noise levels. Boasting a vast air volume capacity, it supports a flow range from 1000m3h to an impressive 100000m3h. Experience the unmatched benefits of this system, including exemplary stability, extraordinary efficiency, ultra-low noise, and reduced energy consumption.
Key Parts for Closed Circuit System And Dry-Wet Cooling Modes.
The high-efficiency cooling process begins as the fluid medium traverses through the fin tube heat exchanger and stainless steel heat exchange coil within the closed circuit system, ensuring pristine conditions, minimizing water treatment costs, and reducing maintenance demands. This not only preserves precious water resources but also offers an efficient cooling solution.
Fin tube heat exchanger and stainless steel heat exchange coil are central not only to closed circuit systems but also serve as key components in Dry-Wet cooling modes.
Finned Tube Heat Exchanger
Crafted with precision, the fin tube heat exchanger utilizes stainless steel tubes paired with aluminum spiral fins. Its robust anti-corrosion attribute and enhanced stability are unparalleled. Designed with a focus on augmenting the heat exchange area, it optimizes heat transfer efficiency and promotes full air interaction with the fin tube. This facilitates water-saving operations during both dry and wet cooling phases. Remarkably, it also prevents the occurrence of "white smoke" during the winter, ensuring a superior working environment for the equipment and significantly extending its lifespan.
Stainless Steel Heat Exchange Coil
Our premium heat exchange coil features a stainless steel serpentine bending tube coupled with a robust framework, delivering exceptional thermal performance. It ensures complete contact with spray water for outstanding heat exchange and optimal cooling results. These stainless steel pipes offer superior corrosion resistance, and are also lightweight and fully recyclable, making them an eco-friendly choice.
Optional Various Additional Functions
Enhance your system with our optional features, including a Two-speed & VFD variable frequency motor, Vibration Cut-off Switch, Electronic descaler, Water treatment equipment, Anti-freeze automatic heating system, Noise reduction upgrades, and an External maintenance platform with guardrail/Installation and maintenance boom, among others.
