Operation
The fluid medium requiring cooling travels gracefully through the state-of-the-art serpentine coil heat exchanger. An uninterrupted external spray system delicately moistens the coil surface, encouraging optimal cooling. This innovative design enables the cooled medium to seamlessly exchange heat with the spray water via a partition wall heat exchanger, forming a closed loop that guarantees effective cooling. Low-temperature dry air enters the tower laterally, intersecting vertically with the spray water flow direction to create a composite heat transfer system, efficiently powered by fans. Following complete heat exchange, high-temperature saturated air is released outside the tower. Meanwhile, the spray water undergoes an additional heat transfer through a PVC heat exchange layer before descending into a water collection basin, ingeniously enhancing heat removal for superior cooling efficiency.
