Working Principle

When the NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
The advanced EC fan system ingeniously draws in the refreshing, cool dry air, which seamlessly enters the tower through the state-of-the-art V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This innovative V-shaped design significantly accelerates the cooling process by maximizing the contact surface area for both the air and the hot process fluid, resulting in a remarkable enhancement of heat exchange efficiency. After experiencing comprehensive partition wall heat exchange with the cool dry air, the hot saturated air is expertly expelled from the tower, achieving superior Free Cooling (non-evaporative cooling).
