Operation
In this advanced cooling system, the fluid medium navigates through a high-performance serpentine coil heat exchanger. A continual external spray system moistens the coil's surface, promoting optimal cooling. This process allows the cooled medium to transfer heat efficiently with the spray water through a partition wall heat exchanger, ensuring a closed loop that maximizes cooling effectiveness. Cool, dry air enters the tower from the side, crossing paths with the spray water's vertical flow, creating a sophisticated composite heat transfer driven by fans. Post heat exchange, high-temperature saturated air is expelled from the tower, and the spray water undergoes a second heat transfer through the PVC heat exchange layer, before being collected in a basin, removing additional heat and ensuring exceptional cooling performance.
