Operation
Within this state-of-the-art cooling system, the fluid medium flows through a high-performance serpentine coil heat exchanger, where it meets an unyielding spray system that keeps the coil surface optimally moistened for maximum cooling effect. This process permits the cooled medium to efficiently exchange heat with the spray water across a partition wall heat exchanger, creating a closed loop for peak cooling performance. Fresh, low-temperature dry air enters the tower laterally, intersecting vertically with the spray water flow to forge a composite heat transfer dynamic. This synergy is driven by powerful fans, ensuring that after a thorough heat exchange, the high-temperature saturated air is rapidly expelled from the tower. Concurrently, the spray water undergoes a secondary heat transfer via a PVC heat exchange layer before gently cascading into a water collection basin, thereby achieving a superior heat removal process and unmatched cooling efficiency.
