Working Principle
When the innovative NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is activated:
The advanced EC fan system efficiently draws in cool, dry air, channeling it into the tower through the ingeniously designed V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This V-shaped configuration provides an expansive contact surface that significantly hastens the cooling process for both the air and the hot process fluid, thereby remarkably enhancing the heat exchange efficiency. Once the hot process fluid undergoes thorough partition wall heat exchange with the incoming cool, dry air, the resulting hot saturated air is effectively expelled from the tower, culminating in highly efficient Free Cooling, a state-of-the-art, non-evaporative cooling solution.
