MVSIntroducing the MVS1110 Mechanical Vibration Switch, a sophisticated and purely mechanical instrument crafted for unparalleled vibration monitoring. This ingeniously designed switch features a meticulous assembly of springs, induction mechanisms, adjustment rods, reset buttons, and micro switches among other precision mechanical devices. At its core lies a robust sensing mechanism that operates in two distinct states - non-triggered and triggered. Under normal operating conditions, it remains in a non-triggered state, maintaining stability. However, should the vibration levels of your rotating machinery reach or surpass a predetermined threshold, this adept mechanism swiftly transitions to a triggered state, activating a change in the micro switch's contact state. This transition sees COM and NC move from a normally closed state to a disconnected one, while COM and NO shift from being normally open to a closed stance. This seamless operation not only facilitates an alarm function but can also automatically discontinue equipment power, ensuring optimal machinery protection.

Within the intricate workings of the mechanical vibration switch, the sensing mechanism diligently maintains tension through an expertly engineered support rod and spring, moving with grace and precision along the support rod axis. This mechanism is finely attuned to detect the magnitude of vibration acceleration, adjusting its pre-stress load via an up-and-down movement of the adjusting rod, which symbolizes the set point of the switch. It's imperative to consider gravity when the switch is installed vertically. If the vibration value falls below the pre-stress, it remains in a non-triggered state, as depicted in Figure 1. Conversely, exceeding the pre-stress value prompts a shift to a triggered state, as illustrated in Figure 2. The sensitivity of the MVS1110 is finely tunable by altering the spring angle through the adjustment lever, offering precise control and adaptability.
Upon the sensing mechanism transitioning to its trigger state, it expertly manipulates the micro switch's rocker arm upward, inducing a change in the contact state of the micro switch. This output of a corresponding contact signal possesses the capability to seamlessly engage or disengage the control loop, effectively safeguarding rotation equipment and issuing timely alarms. Such functionality ensures your machinery is both protected and efficiently monitored, providing peace of mind and operational reliability.
