Working Principle

When NWFL-V adiabatic cooler is in operation:
Harness the power of cutting-edge cooling technology with our NWFL-V adiabatic cooler. The advanced EC fan system expertly channels cool, dry air into the tower, where it meets our innovative V-shaped finned tube heat exchanger. This unique design maximizes the contact surface, accelerating the cooling process and dramatically enhancing heat exchange efficiency. As the hot process fluid interfaces with this cool, dry air, a remarkable transformation occurs: the heated, saturated air is efficiently expelled out, ensuring an optimal and highly effective Free Cooling process that requires no evaporative cooling method.
