The fan plays a crucial role in the functionality of the cooling tower equipment, as its performance directly impacts the thermal efficiency of the system.

Newin LF series F.R.P cooling tower fans are designed specifically for cooling tower, offering distinct advantages over other types of fans. The blade enhanced for low sound operation, delivers maximum air flow and pressure capability at reduced speed. It covers from 4.2 meters to 10.06 meters series cooling tower fans, 1.8 meters to 4.5 meters series air cooler fans, 4.5 meters to 10.972 meters series of power station direct air cooling fans, etc.
 

Features

The fan blades are manufactured using high-strength epoxy resin and compression molding to
ensure a strong adhesion between the fiberglass and resin, as well as a high degree of density.

Each section of the blade is smoothly transferred, resulting in a smooth and clean appearance without any flaws, gaps, burrs, or other defects. Additionally, there are no more than three bubbles present on each 100mm section, with each bubble having a diameter not exceeding 3mm.

The fan blades feature limosis- type designs, offering a lightweight structure, exceptional strength, and outstanding interchangeability for superior performance.

The fan blade features a composite axle journal, which effectively eliminates stress concentration at the joint part of the machine. The traditional mechanical connection method, using bolts to connect the blade and blade shaft, is a primary factor contributing to fan breakdown during operation.

> Hub is equipped with a permanent seat made of high-strength lightweight material, allowing for easy installation and adjustment of blades at various angles while ensuring a safe and reliable connection.
> Prior to leaving the factory, the fan's impeller is subjected to a static balance test, guaranteeing the flawless balance quality of its rigid rotor G6.3.
> The gear and gear shaft of the reducer are made from alloy steel material, specially treated to ensure wear-resistance and resistance to pitting corrosion.
