LF Newin LF series F.R.P cooling tower fans are designed specifically for cooling tower, offering distinct advantages over other types of fans. The blade enhanced for low sound operation, delivers maximum air flow and pressure capability at reduced speed. It covers from 4.2 meters to 10.06 meters series cooling tower fans, 1.8 meters to 4.5 meters series air cooler fans, 4.5 meters to 10.972 meters series of power station direct air cooling fans, etc.

Newin LF series F.R.P cooling tower fan is widely is suitable for circulating water cooling devices in the chemical, petroleum, electric power, textile, metallurgical and other industries. 4 fan blades, 5 fan blades, 6 fan blades, 8 fan blades and 10 fan blades are available for different working condition and air volume conditions. Fan Maintenance
Due to long-term continuous operation in a hot and humid environment, the correct installation and daily maintenance of the equipment is particularly important. Preventative maintenance will prolong useful life and assure continued trouble- free operation. After the first week and subsequently at six month intervals:
a. Torque all hardware to specifications referenced in this manual.
b. Visually inspect the fan for airborne debris damage, contact with fan cylinder segments, and corrosive attack. Correct any situations determined detrimental to fan operation.
c. Remove any accumulated scale or dirt.
d. Clear blade drain holes.
