Operation
In our state-of-the-art cooling system, the fluid medium requiring temperature reduction travels through an ultra-efficient serpentine coil heat exchanger. An ongoing external spray system keeps the coil surface optimally moistened to facilitate maximum cooling. This allows the medium to exchange heat with the spray water through a sophisticated partition wall heat exchanger, forming a closed loop for superior cooling. Low-temperature, dry air cleverly enters from the side, intersecting vertically with the spray water flow, creating a dynamic composite heat transfer powered by robust fans. After comprehensive heat exchange, the high-temperature saturated air is expelled, and the spray water undergoes a secondary heat transfer using a cutting-edge PVC heat exchange layer before collecting in the basin, thus achieving remarkable cooling efficiency.
