Working Principle
When the remarkable NWFL-VA adiabatic cooler springs into action:
Chilled water gracefully cascades from the pinnacle of the cooler, evenly dispersing through the sophisticated evaporative cooling pads. Meanwhile, refreshingly cool, dry air is drawn in by the advanced EC axial fan, sweeping over the pads to become precool. This adiabatic precooling of the air significantly enhances the cooling capacity, ensuring efficient cooling of the warm process fluid with exceptional performance.

The copper tubes are meticulously brazed to coil headers and flared to the finned coil, ensuring seamless thermal conduction and optimal efficiency.
· EC Axial Fan
- Featuring EC motor straight-shaft drive, the motor boasts an IP55 protection grade and F-grade insulation, making it ideal for continuous operation in hot, humid conditions while ensuring smooth functionality. These EC motors achieve energy efficiency levels of IE4 and beyond.
- Equipped with robust tapered roller bearings, the fan offers exceptional load-bearing capability and extended longevity, guaranteeing a rated service life exceeding 20,000 hours.
- Extensive static and dynamic testing during production minimizes noise while ensuring the cooling system's thermal performance. With PFC maintaining harmonics under 35%, the EC fan system retains high static efficiency, even at reduced speeds, for optimal operation.
